The task was to design and produce 9 eLearning modules to support the launch of the 2018 OLED TV's. The modules were used to train both employees and retail partners.
During the discovery process, decisions were made to enhance the experience from previous eLearning modules. These solutions included a responsive design, a robust navigation so that a user can easily navigate through the content, as well as introduction of comparison charts, user ratings and an overview page before beginning the quiz section. The quiz was rated on a pass/fail system and each question allowed 2 tries before if was scored incorrectly. LGHE was also looking for a way to incorporate realistic selling scenarios. Through discussions with their largest retail partner, Best Buy, audio-guided "Selling Tips" were incorporated throughout the learning portion of the module to emulate questions sellers might experience in a retail setting.
My role was to oversee the project as a creative lead as well as produce the UX documentation to support the development team.
